Once you place an order and the transaction is complete, it becomes a confirmed purchase. In most cases, orders cannot be cancelled after this point. However, if our Platform specifically mentions cancellation options, you may request it within the allowed time. All cancellation requests are subject to approval, and we may ask for additional details before confirming.
